Facial Rejuvenation

Cosmetic Concern:

47-year-old man who is interested in facial rejuvenation.  He was looking for minimal down time alternatives. 

Diagnosis:

1. Bilateral eyebrow ptosis.

2. Localized adiposity of the face.

3. Double chin.

Treatment:

1. Micro-Droplet BOTOX.

2. Lower face and neck liposuction.

Discussion:

Many patients who undergo face liposuction find that it is very easy to return to work 2 or 3 days after the procedure. Lower face liposuction is so comfortable that it can be performed in the office under local anesthesia.
