Cosmetic Concern: 53-year-old woman with a heavy face, lower facial lines, neck cords and eyebrow ptosis.

Diagnosis: Aging face with eyebrow ptosis, lower facial wrinkles, and neck laxity

Treatment: Endoscopic forehead lift, lower facelift, and a chemical peel.

Discussion: The goal must be directed to what is appropriate for the individual.  Dr. Steinsapir may review old photographs to get a sense of the desired aesthetic.  Very few people want something other than to be restored to a more youthful version along the lines of their personal self-image. These results are very natural and achieved the goal of restoring her to a vision of her more youthful self.
